Enquiries

The enquiry form sends nothing to a server and stores nothing. When you submit it, your own email program opens with a prepared message (dates, apartment, name, email, phone, message). You send it yourself. We keep your message as long as needed to reply and for your stay, and invoicing data as long as the law requires.

The Bentral booking calendar

On the Enquiry page you can open our booking calendar. It is provided by Bentral (bentral.com) and only loads when you press the “Show the calendar” button. Your browser then sends a request to Bentral’s servers, which process your IP address. If you book in the calendar, Bentral processes the details you enter on our behalf to carry out the booking. Until you open the calendar, the site sends nothing to Bentral.

Hosting and statistics

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without visitor profiles. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

What the site does not use

The site has no cookies, ads or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server and no third-party maps are loaded. The Google Maps link only opens when you click it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Write to vila.marjetica@gmail.com. If you think your data is not handled properly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
